Caroline Horres is a senior policy advisor with Treasury’s Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes where she covers virtual asset issues. Previously at Treasury, she covered terrorist financing in as an analyst. Before joining Treasury, Ms. Horres worked on Middle East and oversight issues for the Senate Armed Services Committee and as an analyst for a strategic advisory firm covering security in the Middle East and Latin America. Ms. Horres holds a Masters in International Affairs and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies and a BA in Political Science from the College of Charleston.
