Tung Chan is the Colorado Securities Commissioner and the co-chair of the Fintech Board Level Committee at NASAA, providing a resource on key fintech developments to state regulators. Prior to her appointment, Commissioner Chan advised private and public Fortune 100 companies in securities law, corporate governance, structured finance, regulatory, and international matters. Commissioner Chan served as general counsel for the Ethereum Foundation at the launch of its genesis block and has advised a number of blockchain projects. Commissioner Chan is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Michigan Law School and clerked for the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
