Gregory Pesce is a partner in White & Case LLP’s Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. His practice focuses on protecting and advancing the financial interests of corporate debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in the various transactional and litigation-related aspects of the debtor-creditor relationship. Gregory has played a principal role representing sophisticated corporate debtors, investors, and other key parties in some of the most complex restructuring cases and transactions. Gregory’s recent engagements include representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Celsius Network LLC’s chapter 11 cases, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Genesis Global Holdco, LLC’s chapter 11 cases, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Cox Operating LLC’s chapter 11 cases, and Surgalign Holdings, a publicly traded, global medical technology company, in connection with its chapter 11 proceedings. He was recently recognized in Bloomberg Law’s They’ve Got Next: 40 under 40, Global Restructuring Review (GRR) 40 under 40, and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) 40 under 40 awards.
