Jason Holloway graduated from the University of Florida with his Bachelor’s in Political Science and has been involved in numerous blockchain initiatives while completing his Master’s in Blockchain and Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia.
He first entered the blockchain space in 2016 and has spoken at various blockchain and crypto conferences. Jason also spent weekends in 2018 working with Protonode Strategies, a blockchain consulting firm, to create nodes for clients wishing to support proof-of-stake blockchain projects.
In 2019 Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Jason to the Florida Blockchain Taskforce and until November of 2022, Jason was a full-time consultant and served as the CEO of DLT Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specializing in fintech consulting and public relations.
Currently, Jason serves as the Director of Fintech Policy in the Florida Office of Financial Regulation where he oversees crypto regulatory policy and advises the Governor and Cabinet on fintech policy.
