Jason Somensatto serves as Chainalysis’ Head of Policy for North America, where he leads the company’s engagement with lawmakers and regulators across the region, and serves as a senior, strategic advisor to Chainalysis leadership on the rapidly evolving regulation of digital assets. Prior to joining Chainalysis, Jason served as an advisor and FinTech and digital assets lead for CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam, and also led the CFTC’s Office of Technology Innovation. Jason has also served in positions at a blockchain API leader, and at a boutique litigation firm in DC.
