Quincy Vien is Counsel for the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation’s (DFPI) Enforcement Division. He co-leads the DFPI’s Crypto Enforcement Task Force and litigates matters related to securities, lending, and consumer protection laws. Before joining the DFPI, he was a litigation associate at a national law firm. Quincy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and clerked for the Honorable Steve Kim of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
