Vy advises an early-stage, infrastructure-focused portfolio of projects on crypto regulatory issues and advocates for sensible digital assets policy in the US and abroad. She has over a decade of experience as a financial regulatory and enforcement lawyer, advising companies in both the traditional finance and crypto industries. At the SEC, Vy served as Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement  and Chief Counsel of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs. More recently, Vy was Deputy General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Worldcoin. She began her legal career at the law firm WilmerHale and JPMorgan.
